ZeumMasters Internship Program for Teens
ZeumMaster Internship Job Description
The ZeumMaster program is a youth development internship that combines an integral job experience with a rich mentoring environment. This program supports personal and professional growth as well as opportunities to develop skills in art, media and technology. Teens, ages 16-17 are selected each year to serve as visitor guides who facilitate the Zeum experience by assisting in activities such as creating clay animation movies, music videos, and digital art. Teens grow in the program, advancing in rank until they are 18 years old. Throughout the internship, ZeumMasters build their leadership skills while gaining insider exposure to arts and media industries. In addition, interns will develop their communication and leadership skills by working with visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
Minimum Requirements
To Qualify for the ZeumMaster Program you must:
- Be a Junior or Senior in high school
- Maintain a 2.8 GPA in an accredited school
- Live within the San Francisco Bay area
- Express interest in working with children and the public, art and technology
- Provide a letter of recommendation from a high school teacher or guidance counselor
